Central Banking Services Festival (CB Fest) is an annual high-level event that serves as a strategic forum for dialogue between central banks and both domestic and international stakeholders.
In 2025, CB Fest features the theme “Enhancing Central Bank Services in the Digital Age: Building Resilient Cross-Border Settlement Amid Geopolitical Shifts”, reflecting the global dynamics in which cross-border payment systems have become a strategic arena for advancing financial inclusion and driving economic growth.
The discussions will focus on the cross border payment mechanism alternatives such as SWIFT, CIPS, SFMS, and SPFS, including their usage, cyber risk management, and development directions. In addition to strengthening cooperation among central banks, this event also supports national interests through the enhancement of central banking services in government transactions, external debt management, as well as bilateral and multilateral fund transfers.
